转炉采用石灰石造双渣脱磷试验研究

Experimental study of limestone and double slagging in BOF steelmaking process

摘要: 为探索转炉采用石灰石代替石灰造双渣脱磷工艺,在首秦100 t转炉上进行了石灰石与石灰造双渣对比试验。试验结果表明:对比石灰双渣工艺84.4 %的终点脱磷率,石灰石造渣炉次的终点脱磷率平均为88.67 %;石灰石双渣工艺平均入炉CaO量减少约29.45 %,可进一步降低物料消耗及渣量;随着石灰石加入批次增加,炉次脱磷率升高。

Abstract: In order to explore the process of converter using limestone instead of lime and doubleslag for dephosphorization, the test results of 100 t converter using limestone and double-slag in a steel plant were studied, and the advantages of limestone slagging for dephosphorization are analyed theoretically. The test results show that the dephosphorization rate of test furnace is 88.67 % on average. Compared with lime and double-slag process, the average CaO charging amount of limestone and double-slag process is reduced by about 29.45 %,which means the new process can further reduce the consumption of materials and slag amount. And the dephosphorization rate improves with the increase of limestone adding batches.
