钢包喂实芯钙包芯线工艺的工业实践

Industrial practice of ladle feeding pure-calcium corded wire process

摘要: 通过理论计算与工业试验开发了180t钢包喂实芯钙包芯线工艺。理论计算结果表明,对于直径9mm,芯皮厚度为0.75mm的包芯线,其理论最小喂丝速度为1.48m/s。工业试验结果表明,喂丝速度在2~3m/s时,喂线速度越大,金属钙的收得率越小。当喂丝速度为2m/s时,钙的收得率达到26.9%;与使用钙铁包芯线相比,使用实芯钙包芯线,精炼工位的钙收得率提高了16.9%,吨钢成本可降低6.4元。

Abstract: Pure-calcium corded wire feeding process in 180t ladle was developed by theory calculation and industrial experiments. The calculation results indicated that the wire feeding speed should be more than 1.48m/s with the corded wire of the diameter of 9mm and the core skin thickness of 0.75mm. Industrial experimental results showed that the calcium yield increased with the decrease of the feeding speed at the range of 2-3m/s, and maximum calcium yield was 26.9% when the feeding speed was 2m/s. In comparison with ferro-calcium corded wire feeding process, the calcium yield increased by 16.9%, and the wire feeding cost decreased by 6.4 yuan using pure-calcium corded wire feeding process.
