80 t转炉冶炼高磷钢生产实践

摘要: 为解决转炉冶炼传统高磷钢终点磷含量低、冶炼成本高的生产问题,在转炉脱磷的基本理论分析基础上,进行了高磷钢冶炼转炉工艺优化试验。确定废钢模式、造渣制度、氧枪控制等是影响转炉脱碳保磷效果的关键因素。生产应用结果表明:高磷钢冶炼工艺优化后,平均终点钢水w(P)达到0.042 %,冶炼成本降低22.71元/t。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low phosphorus and high cost in traditional smelting method of high phosphorus steels, based on the analysis of the basic theory of converter dephosphorization, experiments of smelting high phosphorus steels were carried out. Some key controlling parameters such as model of steel scrap, slagging schedule and oxygen lance control which influence the effect of reducing carburization and keeping phosphorus were established. The results of productions showed that, after the optimization of smelting technology, the average phosphorus mass fraction of high phosphorus steels at smelting endpoint reached 0.042 %, and the smelting cost reduced 22.71Yuan per ton of steel.
