宽厚板铸机压力控制轻压下功能研究与应用

The research and application of soft reduction on pressure control for heavy slab continuous caster

摘要: 为提升宽厚板铸坯的内部质量,开发了一种压力控制轻压下技术,实现了无凝固模型控制条件下的连铸动态轻压下。该方法是通过编写PLC 控制程序,实时计算生产过程中铸机控制系统扇形段液压缸反馈压力,并且与生产实践中统计的压力标准值进行判断比对,通过控制扇形段辊缝的开口度来实现符合压力标准值要求的目的,从而实现压力控制轻压下自动控制系统功能。应用结果表明:铸坯中心偏析C类2.5级别以上比例从投入使用前的月平均75%提高到90%以上,中心裂纹评级0.5以下所占比例由月平均50%提升至80%以上。

Abstract: In order to improve the inner quality of heavy slab, one type soft reduction technology which dependented on pressure control was developed, and dynamic casting machine soft reduction without solidification model control condition was achieved. The controlling means was established by writing PLC control program that the system could calculate the cylinder feedback pressure of segment in real time,and compared with the statistical pressure standard values in production in realtime, and the pressure standard values range was reached by controlling the roll gap of the caster segment. The results showed that the ratio of centerline segregation above level C2.5 of the slab improved from 75% to 90%, and the ratio of center crack below 0.5 increased from 50% to 80%.
