摘要: 为确定矩形断面180 mm×240 mm高碳钢82B连铸坯轻压下的压下位置,利用有限元软件ProCAST建立了连铸坯凝固传热模型。在不同拉速和比水量下,利用射钉和红外测温验证了模型的准确性。工业试验结果表明,轻压下连铸坯中心疏松和缩孔都得到了明显改善,中心疏松1级比例由55 %提高到77 %,缩孔评级不大于0.5级比例由45 %提高到90 %;轻压下显著改善铸坯V形偏析;铸坯中心平均碳偏析指数由1.17降到1.07,最大碳偏析指数由1.27降到1.15。

Abstract: To determine the soft reduction zone in 82B steel continuouscasting bloom with section size of 180 mm×240 mm, a mathematical heat transfer model was developed based on the finite element commercial software ProCAST. The adequacy of the model was compared with pinshooting results and surface temperature measurement. The results showed that the grade of center porosity equals to 1.0 was increased from 55 % to 77 %and the percentage of shrinkage cavity less than level 0.5 was increased from 45 % to 90 % with the soft reduction. Besides, soft reduction process was used successfully for suppressing Vsegregation. The mean center carbon segregation index was reduced from 1.17 to 1.07 and the maximum center carbon segregation index decreases from 1.27to 1.15.
