可用于炼钢造渣的若干富含碳酸钙矿石的物性考察

摘要: 对富含碳酸钙的石灰石、方解石、冰洲石的矿石及煅烧后的宏观微观状态和热物性进行了差热、X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析等试验分析,研究了它们的结晶程度、粉化程度和煅烧后CaO晶粒大小和晶格畸变等因素,得出:矿石晶粒度越大煅烧后越容易碎裂;方解石、冰洲石的分解温度都与石灰石相近,可以如石灰石一样用于转炉造渣,但分解时耗热量略有不同;4种矿石在马弗炉内以10 ℃/min的速率升温至820 ℃立即取出,CaO的晶粒尺寸约为61~85 nm,相对于石灰石,晶粒较大的方解石、冰洲石煅烧所得CaO晶粒更小,晶格畸变更大,具有更高的活性,更有利于炼钢化渣。

Abstract: This paper studies the macro and micro states and thermal properties of calcium carbonate rocks such as limestone, calcite and iceland spar by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis to analyze the crystallinity and the degree of powder of these ore and the grain size and lattice distortion of the calcined lime. The conclusions are as follows: with the increase of mineral grains, the possibility of fragmentation increases; the decomposition temperature of calcite and iceland spar are similar to limestone, they can be used as slag former in converter, but their heat consumptions differ in decomposition process; four original stone are calcined in a muffle furnace at a rate of 10 ℃/min until temperature reach 820 ℃.The grain size of CaO is 61-85 nm, while the grain sizes of calcite and iceland spar with bigger original grains are smaller and have higher degrees of activity which is better for salg forming in converter.
