摘要: 提出采用炼钢污泥、石英砂、锰矿按一定比例混合制成半钢炼钢用造渣剂的方法,并通过工业试验验证了新型造渣剂用于转炉炼钢造渣的可行性,实现了炼钢污泥的循环利用。工业试验表明,与原复合造渣剂相比,新型造渣剂具有更好的冶金效果。新型造渣剂初期渣形成时间缩短0.5 min,脱磷率平均提高1.2 %,终点钢水残锰质量分数平均提高0.01 %,终点炉渣T.Fe质量分数平均降低0.55 %,炉渣物相组成满足溅渣护炉的要求,循环利用具有良好的溅渣护炉效果。

Abstract: n the study, steelmaking sludge, quartz sand and manganese ore were mixed at a specific ratio to make slag former for semisteel steelmaking, and this method was experimental vivificated to feasible, steelmaking sludge was cyclic utilized. Industrial test show that the new slag former had a better metallurgical effect than the old one. Slag forming time was shortened by 0.5 min, the dephosphorization rate and manganese mass fraction of the molten steel was improved by 1.2 % and 0.01 % respectively, the mass fraction of T.Fe was reduced by 0.55 % in slag and phase composition of the slag completely meet the requirement of splashing, by which a better splashing effect was obtained.
