摘要: 以含铁尘泥中的碳作为还原剂,配制成具有自还原特性的尘泥团块,鱼雷罐接铁水后,在铁水的动力学冲击和热力学作用下,团块发生自还原反应,利用鞍钢股份有限公司厂内现有生产工艺和设备使其中的铁氧化物实现回收而不影响钢铁冶炼生产。研究了尘泥团块对铁水温度的影响,从理论分析和生产实践两个方面,证实了尘泥团块的加入不会降低铁水温度,通过鱼雷罐加尘泥团块的工业试验,证明鱼雷罐加尘泥团块技术是可行的,该工艺已经在鞍钢股份有限公司广泛实施,从2009年使用至今共计创效2亿多元,有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Confecting dust and mud conglomeration with carbon reducer in dust and mud containing iron, which can self deoxidize by add the pellets into fish torpedo before accepting hot metal. The pellets were warmed up to a high temperature by the residual energy in the empty fish torpedo. So the energy loss will be reduced to some extent. After accepting the hot metal at the trough, the pellets will be deoxidized via the effect of dynamic impact and hot energy of the hot metal. The ferric and zinc oxide carry out self deoxidize in existing equipments to reclaim metal, which will not affect steelmaking. Focus on the influence of hot metal temperature drop caused by the pellets in this article. The test approve that the temperature of hot metal will not drop by adding the pellets, through both theory analysis and production practice. This method has been widely used in Ansteel. The economic and social benefits are notable and 200 million yuan has been created from 2009.
