摘要: 通过低碳铝镇静钢热轧板表面夹渣的调查,分析了经LF精炼、中薄板坯连铸生产的低碳铝镇静钢热轧板表面夹渣形成原因。通过炼钢和LF精炼生产工艺优化,降低钢中T.O含量;通过提高连铸中包耐材品质、减少二次氧化、稳定钙处理效果;通过浸入式水口结构改进和保护渣性能的优化,解决了稳态浇铸时结晶器卷渣及其导致的热轧板表面夹渣问题。

Abstract: Hotrolled coil surface inclusions of low carbon low silicon aluminium killed steel was investigated, and the cause of hotrolled coil surface inclusions was analysised by LF and slab continuous casting production. Through the optimization of steelmaking and LF refining, T.O content was reduced in the steel. Through improving the quality of continuous casting refractory, the secondary oxidation was reduced , and the calcium treatment effect was stabilized. Through improving submerged nozzle structure and mould powder performance, the problem of mould powder entrapment and hotrolled coil surface inclusions were solved.
