60 t中间包液位控制的水力学模型研究与应用

摘要: 针对武汉钢铁股份有限公司60 t双流连铸中间包,利用水力学模型试验分析了连浇过程的中包流场特性,确定了防止大包尾钢进入结晶器的中包连浇最低液位,并根据现场情况,进行了生产试验和工艺优化。结果表明:连浇中包最低液位优化后,中间包钢水w(T.O)平均为20×10-6,较优化前降低了10×10-6,且控制更加稳定,中包钢水洁净度显著提升,低碳铝系列钢夹杂改判率由之前的0.8 %降低到0.4 %。

Abstract: Flow field character of tundish was analyzed by means of hydraulic model at the change ladle period for WISCO 60 t twostrand tundish. Minimum steellevel of tundish was confirmed at the change ladle period which avoided terminal steel of previous ladle flowing into the mould. Productive test and technology optimization were made by practical situation. The results show that the mass fraction of T.O in tundish was 20×10-6 at the change ladle period, which is lower 10×10-6 than the former value and more stable. Cleaning degree of steel increased obviously in tundish. Downgrading of low carbon Alkilled steel due to inclusionrelated quality problem was reduced from 0.8 % to 0.4 %.
