摘要: 转炉修砌炉是转炉炼钢的重要组成部分,为了满足大型转炉修砌炉需求,在以往常用的转炉简易上修法、简易修炉塔上修法以及从国外引进大型转炉上修法的基础上,改进设计了一套既适应国内钢铁厂的发展现况,又经济而有效的大型转炉上修法。多年的使用效果表明,该型式合理、可靠、经济,自动化程度高,很大地减轻了工人的劳动强度,极大地缩短了修炉时间,同时改善了工人的作业环境。

Abstract: The converter relining is an important part of BOF. In order to satisfy the needs of large converter relining, an economical and efficient large converter top relining method was improved, based on integrating several popular forms of converter top relining methods, which was adapted for the current development of domestic steelmaking plant. Practice shows that it was a rational, reliable, economical method with high automation. It could greatly reduce the labor intensity, shorten the time of relining, and improve the working environment of workers.
