攀钢炼钢转炉氧枪的数值模拟及优化实践

摘要: 根据攀钢集团攀枝花钢钒有限公司120 t转炉的具体实际条件,通过计算机对氧枪喷头和转炉内的氧气和钢水流动过程进行数值模拟:模拟了不同支管角度下的主射流流场的速度衰减规律、不同角度氧气射流及转炉内各种流体的流动情况;利用计算机对转炉钢水的混匀时间进行了定量描述。通过数值模拟,最终确定了氧枪喷头支管的具体角度参数为16°。采用数值模拟结果,将优化后的536-16氧枪应用于工业实践,得到了很好的效果。

Abstract: This research is based upon the 120 t steelmaking converter of Pangang Group Panzhihua Steel & Vanadium Co., Ltd. The flow state about oxygen in the lance and converter were numerically simulated by means of computer, the flow of melting steel below the action of high-speed oxygen current was also simulated. In this paper, the velocity decay with distance for different lance nozzle were simulated, the flow behavior about oxygen and melting steel under different oxygen jet were presented, the mixing time of bath under different angles of oxygen lance nozzle were  numericated. Through numerical simulation, the optimum angle parameter of the oxygen lance nozzle is 16°. According the numerical simulation, the optimized oxygen lance 536-16 has a good performance in the industrial practice.
